Efficient Medical Waste Disposal
Laboratories around Australia from PC2 to PC4 utilise the safedesign of Sharpsafe bio-hazard waste containers to dispose of biological and infectious waste. The wide opening design allows researchers to dispose of tips and waste easily without strain. The internal safety flap provides extra safety and the temporary closure provides additional security in case of accidental spillage. Sharpsafe containers are made from virgin polypropylene. All Sharpsafe containers can also be autoclaved safely at temperatures of 135 ºC at 20 P.S.I. for 20 minutes.
